INTRODUCTION:( By Sultan,Kolaibi ) Do you know what qualities of United States president should have to be able to take care of people successfully? The United States was not country until 1776. Frequently, scholars believe that the United Sates was discovered by red Indians. On other hand many presidents had very clear strategies and these presidents have influenced in United Sates to become strong country. In addition, these were most important three presidents in the United States. They were George Washigton, Abraham Lincoln, and Franklin D. Roosevelt, are consistently ranked at the top of the lists of president. The qualities of United States presidents can be broken down into three division: ability to understand national social issue, ability to maintain international relationship , and ability to protect global environment.

The first qualities of United States president is that America president has to have ability to understand national issue which mean if you were America president, you have to know civil affairs in your country because your country has to be stable first. Then you can deal with other problems, so this is very important ability. Also, this ability include many pieces of other skills even though is just one word "understand." For example, you have to be a good listener because you need to listen to people's opinion, and you have to be a good speaker because you need to influence your audience. In addition, you have to have really clear strateges to deal with problems what you faced on in your country. Furthermore, this ability can reflect your character and thought. President can content America if president have this ability. If president has enough ability to content America, president also has enough ability to face on international problems, so this is indispensable ability for president.

Second of all, the president of the U.S. should include the ability to maintain international relationship, all countries depend on each other by exporting what they have and importing what they need in order to make their own country more rich and stronger. For example, the U.S. export the cars such as Ford and Chevey to the other countries to increase the economic growth. Also, the U.S. import the gasoline which is very necessary supply to make the society of the U.S. operate well. Therefore, the president should keep good relationship with the other countries as the representative of the U.S. There is one more ability the president should include. It's the ability to protect grobal environment which has been big issue nowadays.

The third quality of a great U.S. President also embody his ability to protect grobal environment. Today, environmemt problems are the one of the most inportant works for every country to deal with. President should understand that to protect the grobal environment is to protect their country itself. In order to protect the grobal environment, for example, president can carry out strict and reasonable protectional rules for the national natural reserves, and share their successful experience of environmental protection to the other countries. Moreover, president should support influential international environmental affairs, organizations and departments, and deal with the grobal environmental problems together. Therefore, president who have ability to protct grobal environment, is also good enough to protct their country's environment either.

In sum, the qualities of the great president fo the U.S. can be divided into the ability to understand national social issue, maintain international relationship, and protect grobal environment. Being the president fo the U.S. doesn't mean to consider taking care of the only the U.S. Because the U.S. is great country all over the world, the president should have the ability to cover not only the U.S. but also the other countries as a representitive. However, when the people elect the president fo the U.S., it's hard to see for the people if a candidate is appropriate enough to be the president.
